According to their official menu and nutrition information, there are up to 16 keto options at Boston Market with less than 20g of carbs. Their signature Rotisserie Chicken set is a no-brainer for a keto meal. Marinated in a perfect blend of garlic, herbs, and spices, and slowly roasted to keep all the wonderful flavors and juices. You can either have it paired with multiple sides, or just the chicken. Either way, you can't go wrong.
If you fancy other meats, they also have slow Roasted Turkey Breasts with their signature marinate, as well as Baby Back ribs in their hickory-smoked barbecue sauce, just don't go crazy on the sauce, or request to not have it coated, the taste will still be great. The meatloaf is also great, although not the best option for a low-carb meal, you can enjoy the regular portion without slides that will keep you under 17g of net carbs.
