Jack in the Box is a popular fast food chain specializing in low cost tacos which they sell 2 for $1. They also have burgers, chicken nuggets, breakfast sandwiches and other typical fast food fare. When it comes to eating keto at Jack in the Box the options are slightly more limited but not impossible.
According to their nutrition information, there are 10 keto options at Jack in the Box with less than 20g of net carbs. Starting with their most popular signature items, the Jack in the Box tacos are not exactly keto friendly. One taco alone contains 14g of net carbs, so it's not going to kick you out of ketosis but you'll have to basically avoid carbs completely for the rest of the day.
The mini tacos on the other hand are a slightly better option as each mini taco contains about 2.75g of net carbs. Unfortunately they only come in a 15 pack so hopefully you have someone who will share some with you.
The main keto meals at Jack in the Box are the salads and the chicken strips. For salad you can choose between Chicken Club Salad or Grilled Chicken Salad but be sure to stick to either the Creamy Southwest Dressing or the Balsamic Vinaigrette, as the ranch dressing here contains 5g of net carbs.
Unfortunately none of the burgers at Jack in the Box are keto but according to mostly everyone on Twitter they are happy to wrap your burger in lettuce for you to make it keto friendly. Most of the burgers are around 31g of carbs with the bun, which is actually quite low. If you remove the bread, the carb count should be less than 5g of net carbs.
