Based on their official nutrition information, there are as many as 34 keto options at Qdoba containing less than 20g of carbohydrates. While there is a decent amount of potentially keto-friendly food at Qdoba, classic Mexican options like tacos, quesadillas and burritos will all be off-limits since they do not offer any low carb tortilla options.
