Chili’s is a popular Tex-Mex restaurant famous for the burgers, ribs and fajitas they serve at over 1,700 locations across the globe. We've analyzed all the nutritional information we could find to determine how to eat keto at Chili's.
According to information on their website, there are 125 keto options at Chili’s with less than 20g of carbs. Chili’s has a very diverse menu with a lot of possible modifications so we'd like to highlight a few of the best keto choices. The most famous menu item has to be Chili's Baby Back Ribs and luckily it is keto-friendly; you can eat a half rack of Baby Back Ribs with original BBQ sauce as it contains only 10g of net carbs. Strangely, the dry rub contains more carbs than the BBQ, so go for the wet option.
Another way to eat keto at Chili’s is ordering their delicious burgers without the bread or wrapped in lettuce. These burgers are customizable so we have added the low-carb toppings you should stick to like bacon, avocado slices or fried egg to make them even more keto-friendly.
We recommend avoiding the Crispers because of the carb content but you should try the Carnitas or Grilled Steak Fajitas which can be eaten without the tortilla for a delicious and filling keto order at Chili’s. You can add guacamole or white queso and pico de gallo to these fajitas too. A couple other keto-friendly items are the Wings and Crispy Cheddar Bites.
