According to their official nutrition information, there are 49 keto options available at Red Lobster with less than 20 grams of carbs. Almost all of the seafood at Red Lobster is keto-friendly; as far as your main protein you have many options to choose from like their Garlic Shrimp Scampi, Lobster Tail, Sea Scallops, Wood-Grilled Salmon, and the list goes on!
While the keto menu at Red Lobster has plenty of options, the choices get more limited when you order entrees off the menu because the majority are served on pasta which is definitely off-limits for a low carb diet. As long as you order seafood a la carte and pair it with some keto friendly sides like Asparagus or Tomato Mozzarella Side Salad, you should be just fine!
Unfortunately, the ever popular Cheddar Bay Biscuits are not exactly a wise choice on a keto diet. Each biscuit contains 16g of carbs so even eating half of one will take up a big part of your carb allowance.
