Neither of these items is suitable for the vegan diet, but if you are still wondering if there are any vegan options at Cinnabon, we’re here to help.

Unfortunately, Cinnabon doesn’t have a vegan menu or selections at the time of this writing. Based on our research, all of Cinnabon’s doughs are made with whey and the frostings are made with cream cheese and whey making them not appropriate for the vegan diet.
There are also no dairy-free alternatives for their coffee drinks so you might want to skip most of their drinks too. Essentially, the only vegan drink you can order is black coffee and basic beverages like sodas, juices, and lemonade.
