Unfortunately, although you can purchase Red Lobster gluten free biscuit mix at most grocery stores, the biscuits served in the restaurant are not gluten free.
There are plenty of other gluten free meals you can order at Red Lobster like anything from their Classic Menu which has delicious protein options like Steaks, Crab Legs, Grilled Salmon, Garlic Shrimp or Rainbow Trout. If you are dining with a big group many of the options from their Feasts menu are also gluten free friendly as well.
Finally, they have a nice selection of appetizers and sides that can round out your meal. We recommend the Bacon-Wrapped Jumbo Sea Scallops or their Jumbo Shrimp Cocktail. The only downside is that none of the soups offered here are gluten free so steer clear from this section when ordering.
