Culver’s is a fast-food restaurant chain that’s widely loved for its decadent Butterburgers and Frozen Custard desserts. As is the case for most fast-food restaurants, it can be a little tricky to find vegetarian items at Culver’s, but it’s by no means impossible! We’ve done the research so you don’t have to and have found the best vegetarian options available at Culver’s.
According to the online menu and allergen information, there are 15 vegetarian options at Culver’s to choose from. Unfortunately, the famous Butterburgers will be off limits to vegetarians, as these are all made with beef patties. However, you could enjoy the Harvest Veggie Burger instead if you’re looking for something to fulfil your burger craving! It’s a vegetarian patty served in a buttered bun with all the typical toppings—a dill pickle, an onion ring, mayo, lettuce, tomato… you know the drill.
Other good vegetarian options at Culver’s include a wide range of sides. We recommend the Crinkle Cut Fries or Onion Rings, but you could choose to go for a healthier option and order a Side Salad instead. If you want a larger salad, the Garden Fresco Salad is also suitable for vegetarians, as long as you order it without chicken. All dressings are vegetarian, too.
Anyone with a sweet tooth will be pleased to hear that the Frozen Custard choices at Culver’s are vegetarian-friendly, so enjoy a Sundae, Concrete Mixer, or a Cone or Dish of your choice. The only thing to watch out for here is the Marshmallow Crème mix-in, as this probably contains gelatin. Go for fresh fruit or peanut butter instead!
