Arby’s is loved around the United States for its sandwiches. It has more than 3,000 restaurant locations all around the world! It’s easily recognizable thanks to its distinctive hat-shaped sign. It’s probably best-known for its tasty roast beef, but it is possible to find vegetarian food at Arby’s too.
According to the online nutritional and allergen menu, there are 15 vegetarian options at Arby’s. Unfortunately, none of these include sandwiches, so you’ll have to build a meal for yourself out of a selection of side dishes.
The curly fries, crinkle fries, and homestyle fries are all vegetarian, as are the mozzarella sticks, jalapeño bites, and the side salad. All the shakes are vegetarian items at Arby’s, and so are the cookies and turnovers. If you want something a little more satisfying, you could try ordering a sandwich and ask to swap out the meat for extra veggies or cheese.
You should also be aware that all vegetarian items at Arby’s are cooked with the same equipment as meat products. Don’t forget that sauces containing Parmesan will probably contain animal rennet, so you should swap out Parmesan ranch for regular ranch to be safe.
