Denny's Diner or simply known as Denny's is an American table service diner-style restaurant chain that sells specialized breakfast items like the Peanut Butter Cup Pancakes, Steak and Eggs, and Moons Over Hammy Breakfast Sandwich. Despite these popular menu items not being vegan, you shouldn't be discouraged to dine at Denny's as they offer more vegan items than you were probably expecting.
According to the ingredients list provided on their website, there are 38 vegan-friendly options at Denny's that do not contain animal products.
The ready-to-eat and set meals at Denny's are unfortunately off-limits to the vegan diet. But on a lighter note, Denny's offers a create-your-own burger meal so you can customize your food to fit your specialized diets or nutrition needs.
To start creating your own vegan burger, you can choose between the Brioche Bun and Flour Tortillas (3) as your base. There are several vegan toppings available at Denny's. Some of our recommendations are the Beyond Burger Patty, Fresh Spinach, Sauteed Mushrooms, and Caramelized Onions. To complete your burger, you can choose from a number of sauces and condiments. We suggest trying the Balsamic Vinaigrette, Low-Fat (1.5 oz.), and the Pico de Gallo.
If you have more room for a bigger meal, you can opt for additional sides. We recommend Broccoli, Hash Browns, and Seasonal Fruit. But if you are not in the mood for anything too filling or heavy, salads are always excellent choices for you. For salads, our vegan selections include the Cobb Salad ordered without Bacon, Cheese, and Egg and the House Salad ordered without Croutons and Cheese.
