Carl’s Jr. is a quick-service restaurant founded by Carl Karcher back in 1941. Karcher was passionate about cars, and named his restaurant after himself. He believed that cars allowed people to eat quickly, so he created a fast food restaurant that served quickly-prepared food. The Carl’s Jr. menu has since grown to include burgers, fries, milkshakes, and salads. Today, there are over 2,000 Carl’s Jr. locations in the United States, each offering the Carl’s Jr. high fiber diet.
Carl's Jr. offers 18 high fiber choices with more than 5 grams of fiber, according to the official menu and nutrition facts.
