Burgerfi is an American fast-casual chain that focuses on quality; trying to create the better burger. A better burger needs the proper bun to complete the flavor sensation. BurgerFi unfortunately doesn’t offer a gluten-free bun, so there aren’t too many options for someone on a gluten-free diet.
We’ve analyzed the allergen menu and ingredients list and found there are up to 16 gluten free options at BurgerFi, depending on your level of gluten sensitivity. This includes 9 beef burgers — without buns — wrapped in lettuce and 3 hot dogs, also wrapped in lettuce. The veggie burgers and chicken sandwiches contain gluten in the patties, so avoid those.
The Fries are also cooked in the same fryer as the onion rings, so there could be cross contamination.
That leaves only desserts that are guaranteed to be 100 percent gluten-free. The desserts are unique and spectacular though. You can enjoy a custard cup flavored: Vanilla, Chocolate, or Swirl Custard, with your choice of toppings.

Although there isn’t much at BurgerFi that is gluten-free, their food is top quality, beating most fast-food joints my a mile. If you’re in the mood for a lettuce wrap burger, the beef patties speak for themselves.
