Arby's Vegan Menu

Arby’s is one of the most popular fast-food chains in the world. For a restaurant with the slogan, “We Have the Meats,” Arby’s unsurprisingly has only a handful of meat-free options for vegans.

After analyzing the allergen information and official menu, we found that there are 6 vegan friendly options at Arby’s containing no animal products, as well as a handful of extra items that you can make vegan by omitting meat and dairy products.

Known for their meat-based sandwiches such as the Beef ‘n Cheddar Classic, many plant-based eaters are wondering how to order Vegan at Arby’s. One area where Arby's does shine is dessert. If you're looking for a sweet vegan snack, both the Apple Turnover and Cherry Turnover are 100% vegan.

Unfortunately the other vegan food at Arby's consists of the usual basics you'd find at most fast food places: Fries and Side Salads.

It's important to note that the Homestyle, Sweet Potato and Curly Fries all share the same fryer as the meat-based items, so if you are avoiding any contamination with animal products, these will be off limits to you.

The salad options at Arby's are quite limited and will have to be modified for a vegan diet by ordering without Cheese (Side Salad) and Chicken (Roast Chicken Salad). Extra toppings include Tomato, Onion, Jalapenos and Balsamic or Light Italian Dressing.
